The voting on who would be named the king and queen of love at the Baldwin House Senior Living community in Hazel Park started back in early February.
“At Baldwin House we celebrate love every day and crown a king and queen of the community for Valentine’s Day,” said Tina Marzolf, the facility’s chief of operations.
This year’s winners were Vernon Hood and Angela Waters.
Hood and Waters are among about 100 residents who live at the Baldwin House at 777 E. Woodward Heights in Hazel Park. Sixty-percent of the residents took part in the voting.
